The following are guidelines for vendor set up:

Lions Club representatives will be on site every Thursday morning, June through August at 6 AM to facilitate early setup. Upon a vendor’s arrival, the Grounds Supervisor will identify the site layout, answer questions and guide the vendor to the sites. Vendors will be given an envelope and then will go and select their choice of sites. After a site is selected, the vendor will fill out the information requested on the envelope and insert the required fee amount into the envelope. Payment should be by check or cash only. Late morning, a Lions Club representative will collect the envelopes, review the information and provide a receipt.

All sites are marked with a numbered sign and are available on a first come first serve basis. Vendors should honor the site alignments. Sites rented on a monthly or seasonal basis may be reserved via the Grounds Supervisor. The use of a reserved site is not transferable to another vendor. If a reserved site is not occupied by 10:30 AM on a given Thursday, the site may be offered for use to other vendors. At the end of the day, vendors are asked to leave a clean site.

Because the Market is located adjacent to Highway 51, a fair amount of drive-by traffic during the day will occur. Vendors are expected to remain setup from early/mid morning to 3 PM each Thursday.
